Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Number One PR Communication Ltd, and agreed by many Chinese media as the “Number One PR” in the industry, has more than 25 years of PR experience and hosted at least 1500 significant functions and events in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Beijing as well as overseas.
Graduated from Simon Fraser University Vancouver with a Bachelor degree in Communication and Journalism, Francis returned to Hong Kong in 1997 and achieved the MBA degree at University of Hong Kong University in 2008.
From 1998 to 2003, Francis enrolled the PR Director position at Lan Kwai Fong Group and worked closely the Father of Lan Kwai Fong Dr Allan Zeman, from organizing the annual Halloween and New Year's Eve countdown activities and other extraordinary campaigns, to launching LKF in other China major cities.
With over two decades of PR career life, Francis has concrete relationship with VIPs from all over the world and he is honored to work with the HKSAR government and the Chief Executive of Hong Kong , he also maintains great friendship with many Hollywood stars and world renowned fashion designers.
Francis further strengthened his PR skills and joined Pansy Ho’s company Occasions PR and Marketing from 2003 to 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for most of the major events in Asia with a long list of valuable clients including Hong Kong Tourism Board, Louis Vuitton , Dior, GUCCI, Chanel, Cartier, HK Landmark, HK Times Square, La Petite Maison, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW etc just to make a few, and successfully brought amfAR the American Foundation of Aids and Research to Hong Kong that has changed the entire PR culture in the Asia Region.
Francis also supports many charities especially the HK Cancer Fund. He had a regular column in the HK Best Selling Magazine Oriental Sunday and was also the TV host for Hong Kong Open TV highest rating program “Number One Friend”. Francis founded NumberOnePR in 2013 and since then started to provide a wide range of public relations and marketing services, putting different resources together from online and offline platforms to achieve different targets and meet customers' needs, and never stops to continue his PR belief and colorful journey by staying “upgrade” and “update”, with “vision” and “mission”.
